When she was an Elgyem at the training academy, she was a popular female. Her personally was very outgoing, and she demanded attention from her peers. With her parents she was their only child, and was the center of attention. She also had a longer then usual tail, and would be teased about it at times. Because of her outgoing and friendly personality, she was highly recommended to be a doctor. Later on, she began to study medicine and often would help her peers when they were sick or got hurt. Eventually, her hard work paid off and she became an assistant to 64 (the first doctor for the armada, tending to 423 and 321's care) before he retired (and shortly after his retirement he died). She took his place after he left.

Her relationship with her patients varies. She sees some patients more regularly then others. 2111 used to make several visits to see her when he was single, but was always shunned away. 911 is a rather promiscuous female, who is attracted to high ranking males. She has two different male partners who she uses for personal satisfaction.

The Superiors heavily rely on her for their health, even though she is only helpful to one of them. With 321, she shares information about his health, gives him vaccinations, helps him whenever he is sick, and other things. He had to make frequent visits to see her because 423 didn't know about the things that was making 321 sick, and she forced him. 321 has a fear of doctors, so it explains why he refused to go there, no matter how terrible he felt. 911 finds 321 to be an attractive male due to his high rank, good genes, size, and humorous and polite personality. 911 has a crush on 321 to a stalker-like level. She has hacked into their electronic tablets to read the conversations that the Superior give to one another. She often attempts to flirt with 321 when 423 isn't around to see it. She knows 321's health, and mostly everything personal about him. 321 is highly aware of her crush on him, and often tries to refrain communication from her.

Her relationship with 423 shows hostility. Secretly 911 wants 423 to die, because she wants to have 321 all to herself. To try to 'kill' 423 off, she has attempted to leave her in the fog about her health, and refuse to give her vaccinations. She has a habit of having 423 give her own diagnostics. She rarely refers 423 as her Superior for this reason and calls 423 by her number, even though she clearly knows that she cannot have him (Unless 423 dies or is exiles, then 321 can decide if he wants to be paired with someone else.) She has been part of the reason why the Superiors couldn't settle down to mate, as she was intrusive to them since she's the only one of the crew that has access to the Superiors bedroom. 423 was at first oblivious to the fact that 911 had a crush on her mate, until 321 brought it up during her pregnancy.

Currently she is extremely jealous that 423 and 321 have finally mated and expecting their four eggs to hatch. She sees their future baby Elgyems as a symbol of 'love' being taken away from her. She also gets jealous when 321 wants to spend time with 423. She still spies on their conversations.

Trivia:
*Because of her knowledge of medicine, she is considered a high ranking alien. Usually with statuses like hers, she would be considered low class.
*911's number is a reference to the North American emergency telephone number.
*911 has attempted to kill 423 off only once, by tampering with her medication, after 423 lost a harsh between the battle to Yeezma the shiny Jirachi, trying to come to good terms with them after what their previous Superiors messed up.
