Reggie and Mimi cosplaying as the characters from their favorite show Xatu files, (A parody of X-Files) Mulder the Xatu and Scully the Noctowl.

Reggie got hooked on the show during it's 2nd season, and regrets not watching the show earlier, while Mimi saw it from the very beginning. They stay up late watching it. (reruns of course.)

I'm the first..

Xatu Files???Oh,Fishy,you're incredibly witty.
The idea is very original,considerating pokèmon really as human being,that are charachterized also in these little things.
Like fans or groupies or fanatics or the other categories of fandom we know,above all cosplayers,Reggie and Mimi seems two adolescents focused on their respective idols that they try to imitates,with also costumes and poses!
Passing on the technique..it's perfect:every details of bot Noctowls's and Xatu's skin feather is on his way.
Reggie get more points than mimi only because a so coloured,fascinating,awesome belongs to Xatu more than Noctowl:in add,Reggie's eye are perfectly green as Xatu's skin,and this appearently unrelevant detail also complete the picture impact.Reggie's Eyes glowing gleuras melt with the costume green,and red and white colour complete all.
Mimi is also well-drawn and the costume is perfect (she's shorter than a Xatu,so a Noctowl dimension is similar to her)
Coming to the end..the black background with the script XATU FILES end the work perfectly,and contributes to make the scene contemporary pincy,witty,comic,and mysteryous as the series the two love to watch at this point!

Reminds me of how Chuggaaconroy kept mispronouncing it as Ecksatu in his Pokemon Crystal LP,and later made fun of himself about it in his Emerald LP. (As it's actually pronounced Zatu.)

...I just thought of something. If this is an X-Files joke, and Reggie is technically an alien, wouldn't that make for a very awkward season of the show?
