Red Gyarados

Hey, looks pretty good to me! Gyarados seems like it would be a difficult Pokemon to draw, with all those little details, but you've got them down just right. I always love your crisp cell shading, and it looks great here, like something out of a professional cartoon. ^^ I especially like how you handled the highlights and shadows on the face and fins. Gotta love that ferocious expression too!
