This is Zaphod the Miruhoggu XP Who's trying to gain the attention of Miju the Futachimaru (his obvious crush XP) while he's in a pokemon musical, cause he sucks at battling, so he uses his talents at the musicals x3
EDIT: As for critique wise, I know that his eyes are a bit sloppy, and the rose is totally messed up. As for Miju I believe that she should have been lightly blurred first... but that may be a matter of opinion....
