Mimi hatched from an Audino breeding facility. That place was especially made to breed Audino for future pokemon nurse practitioners. Any Audino that came from one of the three facilities, all had a Togekiss father with the egg move Sweet Kiss. Mimi was the runt of three eggs that her mother laid that season, and was her mothers third litter, implying that Mimi has other siblings that she has never met.

Although her life at the facility was short, it wasn't a happy life for her. Her two sisters out bested her in almost everything, and gained more attention from her parents then Mimi herself. Mimi was also smaller then them as well.

Her father was a strict Togekiss, and expected the best from his daughters. Mimi was often criticized by her own father on several situations, and felt humiliated. Her mother was very quiet, but was busy with her other siblings to pay much attention to Mimi. Mimi had a very poor relationship with her parents, and her siblings as well. Her siblings often teased her on how small she was and how she couldn't be as good as them.

When the news arrived that a new pokemon nurse practitioner was coming over to choose an Audino to work with him, Mimi doubted that she'd be picked, and sat in a corner fiddling with the flowers on the ground. Manny arrived to choose an Audino as a gift for his hard work and change of careers to help pokemon. He sees Mimi's two sisters standing in front of him hoping to be chosen, but he looks up and sees Mimi alone in the corner.

Curious about her, he approaches her. Mimi turns around holding a bracelet made of flowers and giving it to him. Manny chooses her, much to the surprise of her siblings and parents. Manny names her Miriam, but calls her Mimi. She got along well with Manny's other pokemon who only was Jade (at the time, she was a Snivy), who asks her trademark line "Oh my gosh, hi! Do you like bows?" the end up being very close friends.

Mimi started her first day at the pokemon hospital. She met a shiny male Audino named "Skye" and after his (humorous) first impression, she ended up with a huge crush on him. She's was in competition though, as Skye is the only male Audino working with them.

Mimi was assigned to watch over a young Timburr slowly recovering from a disease. She bonds with the little young Timburr, however this is short lived. Overnight she saw that the room that harbored the Timburr was empty, and she learns the harsh reality of life when she learned that the Timburr has passed away.

This devastates Mimi, and to this day she can never get over it. Even the next pokemon she was assigned to take care of passes away as well. Mimi thinks that she was the cause of death for those pokemon, however she was proven wrong with her next patient.

One day while walking in the park to get to work, her and Manny found a skinny Elgyem, and take him there, even if he was close to death. She volunteered to care for him, doubting that he'd survive. She was proven wrong, when the Elgyem beat the odds and survived. She cared for the little Elgyem (named Reggie), even though he was rather rebellious. She'd often had to calm him down by injecting him with a tranquilizer, whenever he caused trouble. This is where the hate began, and Reggie decided to stay with Manny, unaware that Mimi was in his party. He'd soon find out, after he's in their home.

Mimi is very thankful for Reggie's survival, as it gave her a chance to believe that a patient on her care may survive no matter how poorly conditioned that they are, however she won't admit it to him. She has a close bond with Reggie, and finds him her best friend even if he irritates her.

She and Reggie had a very hateful relationship. Due to Reggie's lack of knowledge about the planet of Earth, she took advantage of this, by out besting Reggie, imitating what her sisters did to her back in the facility, and it makes her feel better. She often bullied him out of amusement, boredom, and also to teach him a lesson (though rather harshly). Reggie was basically her personal "punching bag."

She was really irritated by Reggie's ego, as it reminded her of her father. Another reason she bullied Reggie is because she was subconsciously jealous of him. Mimi wanted the life that Reggie had, where she'd be the center of attention and positive praise. She even wants to see the positive side of herself, and wants high self esteem like he has, as she is the exact opposite.

Mimi had a long complicated crush on Reggie, since Reggie developed the feelings before she did. When she hung around with Skye for a while (Skye was trying to make Reggie jealous), she hugged him. Skye tries avoiding any conflict with anyone, and soon avoided Mimi, only making their communication strictly work related. This quickly made Mimi lose all feelings for Skye. This didn't help when Jade and Kiki became close friends, making her feel left out. She sought comfort with Reggie, and they became close friends. So close in fact, that she allowed Reggie to mate with her twice.

Mimi was the first to know that Reggie wasn't himself when he was going to return to Psybemu, and caught him crying on the balcony. When she finds out that he's leaving permanently, Mimi went into a deep state of depression, as she was heartbroken and that she never got to tell reggie how she truly feels about him. After she got abducted by 2111 (along with the rest of the team), she was soon reunited with Reggie. After a date, Reggie and her soon confessed how they felt about one another. They became a couple.

At work, Mimi is submissive and doesn't talk much, as she is afraid that she will receive the same treatment that her sisters did. However she does talk to one Audino, who is smaller then her. At lunchtime, she eats away from everyone else, next to or nearby Reggie. She has a close bond with Manny, and finds him her true father, rather then her biological one. She is very demanding for his attention. She always has to be the first to greet him in the morning.

Other then being a quiet girl, she is also the voice of reason and advice in the team. She is unaware that her teammates see her as the leader of the group. She is always the first to greet new members of the team. She also tries to include everyone in activities, however as she got older, she no longer tries to force them. deep down she's a very angry Audino, but takes out her anger on Reggie only. When someone is feeling bad, Mimi has the ability to sense that something is wrong.

She has a fear of being sent back to the breeding facility and staying there permanently. Another fear of hers, is losing Reggie, thinking that he'll run off with another girl or his old mate, and keeps a close eye when he flirts with someone. Her dream is to become the best assistant to Manny when he becomes an official pokemon doctor.

Currently, she's living on Earth with Reggie, but both have not told others about their relationship with each other, except for her co workers at the hospital. They are still trying to have offspring, but she's having no luck laying an egg. She believes that Reggie's still infertile, and is oblivious that they're not in the same breeding group.

*Her favorite color is green.
*Mimi can be distinguished by the other audinos from the hospital, thanks to the light green cross on her hat.
*Other then Reggie, she can read and write.
*She is unaware that the small Audino that she talks to, is actually her older sister from a previous litter.
*I do not own a "Mimi" in game yet. I have yet to breed one with the move Sweet Kiss.
*Reggie and Mimi help each other in ways that they don't realize. Mimi helped Reggie by saving his life, and Reggie helped Mimi by believing in miracles.
*In the original bio/concepts she was a gift from a friend. This idea was dropped. She became a gift from the hospital instead.
*Mimi and Zaphod share two things in common: Both are normal type pokemon and both are runts.
