For them to die at REGGIE'S hands, though? No.
If he shoots them dead in vengeance, he will really be no better than a murderer. Shooting someone in the passion of hatred... sure sounds like your average bad guy murder, doesn't it? That's because it'd be the same. The fact that they're absolute scumbags really doesn't change anything about that. If Reggie could do that and still be in the right, then what would be wrong about him shooting a random passerby who made him mad?
(Now if he shot one of them in the WING, to prevent escape... well, I wouldn't fault him for that. I'd probably enjoy it, I'm ashamed to admit.)
